高职众创空间支持大学生创新创业的绩效评价体系研究

摘　　要：我国众创空间呈现“井喷式”发展,很多高职众创空间随着双创大潮应运而生,但高职众创空间发展中存在组织管理机制不明确、导师团队建设不科学、融投资源机制不完善、设施保障机制不完备、资源共享机制不畅通等现实困境。文章探讨高职院校众创空间支持高职学生创新创业绩效评价体系适用构建原则、方法及评价主体,提出从基础条件设施、运营管理能力、活动氛围营造、资源协同整合、孵化服务成效五方面构建评价为准则层来构建绩效评价指标体系,为高职院校众创空间支持大学生创新创业教育的可持续发展提供指导。The paper investigates the practical difficulties of higher vocational college maker space,such as the unclear mechanism of management and organization,the unscientific mechanism of tutor team guidance,the imperfect mechanism of financing and investment,the imperfect mechanism of facility guarantee,the unblocked mechanism of resource sharing,and so on.This paper discusses the construction principles,methods and apprais⁃ing subjects of the performance evaluation system of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship supported by maker space in higher vocational colleges,and proposes to construct performance evaluation index system from five aspects:basic conditions and facilities,operation and management ability,activity atmosphere,resource coordination and integration,and incubation service effectiveness.It provides guidance for the sustainable devel⁃opment of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship education supported by the maker space in higher vocational colleges.
