摘  要:以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,培养学生热爱特殊教育事业,关爱残疾学生,认同特殊教育教师职业,具有良好的职业道德修养和人道主义精神等,是高职特殊师范教育德育工作体系构建的基本内容。德育与人才培养方案研制、特校文化融合、专业化社团活动设计、心理健康教育、信息化资源开发等相结合,是高职特殊师范教育德育工作体系建构的新途径。评价主体多元化、评价内容立体化、评价方式多样化和评价功能完善化,是高职特殊师范教育德育工作体系构建的绩效考评方法。强化部门联动、班级管理、社团活动、课堂主阵地与全方位德育队伍建设等,是落实特殊师范教育德育工作体系的措施和保障。Under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,cultivating students to love the cause of special education,care for the disabled students,identify with the profession of special education teachers,and have good professional ethics and humanitarian spirit is the basic content of the moral education system of special normal education in higher vocational colleges.The combination of moral education with the development of talent training program,the cultural integration of special schools,the design of professional community activities,mental health education and the development of information resourc⁃es is a new way to construct the moral education system of special normal education in higher vocational colleges.Diversified evaluation subjects,three-dimensional evaluation contents,varied evaluation methods and perfect evaluation function are the performance evaluation method of moral education system construction in higher voca⁃tional special normal education.Strengthening the linkage of departments,class management,community activi⁃ties,the main classroom position and all-round moral education team construction are the measures and guaran⁃tees to implement the moral education system of special normal education.
