摘  要:本文介绍了某食品包装用于拾取的三自由度并联机械手在虚拟环境下的调试分析过程,首先是为机械手建立数学模型,经过推导分析,得出可行性数据后,再结合机电一体化NX联合仿真软件的环境,并借助SIMIT软件集成的伺服控制系统的机械自动化部分、电气和软件其强大的功能,体现集机械,机电,传感器,驱动等多个领域于一体的完整平台,适用于机电设备设计过程中硬件在软件环境中仿真调试,并通过虚拟设备与虚拟运动控制器在计算机后台的关联,对产品可靠性进行分析论证,此方法为现场调试提高了时效。同时,联合仿真不但加快了机械、电气和软件设计等学科产品的研发速度,还是工作领域中不可或缺的工具,可进一步降低设计迭代产生的误差,也成为一个综合各学科领域的研发平台。This paper introduces the debugging and analysis process of a three degree of freedom parallel manipulator used for picking up food packaging in the virtual environment.Firstly,the mathematical model is established for the manipulator.After derivation and analysis,the feasibility data are obtained,and then combined with the environment of Mechatronics NX joint simulation software.With the help of the powerful functions of the mechanical automation part,electrical and software of the servo control system integrated by simit software,it embodies a complete platform integrating machinery,electromechanical,sensor,drive and other fields.It is suitable for the simulation and debugging of hardware in the software environment in the design process of electromechanical equipment,and analyzes and verifies the product reliability through the correlation between virtual equipment and virtual motion controller in the computer background.This method saves time and improves efficiency for on-site debugging.At the same time,joint simulation not only speeds up the research and development of mechanical,electrical and software design products,but also is an indispensable tool in the work field.The error caused by design iteration is further reduced,and it has also become a research and development platform integrating various disciplines.
