摘  要:目的厦门医学院形态学实验教学中心以现有的大型科研仪器为支撑构建《病理检验技术基本理论与实践》选修课,并对其开设效果进行分析。方法提高设备资产使用效益是目前许多高校大型仪器管理的重点。厦门医学院形态学实验教学中心在吸取其他高校优秀经验的同时,结合自身的教学特点,以大型科研仪器为支撑,构建《病理检验技术基本理论与实践》公选课。该课程系统地介绍病理检验技术相关理论与实践,让学生参与或部分参与实验流程。通过问卷调查满意度、对比开课前后投入产出比(ROI)等方式,量化课程实施的可行性和有效性。结果师生的满意度调查均在80%以上。与开课前三年相比,开课后ROI提高了20%。结论该选修课的开设在提高大型仪器使用效益的同时,增强了学生创新实践能力,提升了学生对形态学的认识和研究思路。Objective The Morphologic Experimental Teaching Center of Xiamen Medical College constructed the elective course with didactic and practical sessions of pathological examination technology on the basis of existing large scientific instruments,and analyzed the effect of the course.Methods Improving the use efficiency of equipment assets is the key point of large instrument management in many colleges and universities.Supported by large scientific instruments and combined with its own teaching characteristics,the Morphologic Experimental Teaching Center of Xiamen Medical College constructed the elective course“Pathological Examination Technology:Theory and Practice”.This course systematically introduces the theories and practices of pathological examination technology and allows students to participate or partially participate in the experimental process.The feasibility and effectiveness of course implementation were measured by questionnaire survey and comparison of return on investment(ROI)analysis before and after the implementation of the course.Results The satisfaction survey of teachers and students was above 80%.Compared with the first three years of the course,ROI increased by 20%after the course started.Conclusion The elective course can not only improve the use efficiency of large-scale instruments,but also enhance students’ability of innovation and practice,as well as their understanding and research ideas of morphology.
