摘　　要：因光伏并网电能质量控制中存在孤岛效应而导致电能控制效果较差,为此提出结合VPI(vector proportional integral)控制策略与二次型最优控制算法,通过检测光伏并网中的孤岛效应,以提高综合电能质量的控制效果。根据VPI控制策略采用VPI电流控制器补偿控制电流高次奇次谐波相位,基于相位补偿结果利用二次型最优控制算法检测光伏并网孤岛效应,并将系统跟踪误差与控制输入加权二次型作为性能指标,使系统性能指标函数最小,得到最优控制规律,从而完成电能质量最优控制。仿真结果表明,光伏并网处于感性负载和容性负载时,最优控制系数均低于239.15,能够准确检测出孤岛效应,且该方法可有效减小谐波,实现了光伏并网的综合电能质量最优控制。Due to the island effect in the power quality control of grid with photovoltaic(PV)connection,the power control effect is poor.To solve this problem,the quadratic optimal control algorithm is combined with the vector proportional integral(VPI)control strategy to detect the island effect in the grid with PV connection,so as to improve the control effect of comprehensive power quality.According to the VPI control strategy,a VPI current controller is used to compensate and control the high number of odd harmonic phase of current.Based on the phase compensation results,the quadratic optimal control algorithm is used to detect the island effect in the grid with PV connection,and the weighted quadratic type of system tracking error and control input is taken as a performance index,so that the system’s performance index function is minimized and the optimal control law is obtained.As a result,the optimal control of power quality is completed.Simulation results show that the optimal control coefficient is lower than 239.15 when the grid with PV connection is under both the inductive and capacitive loads,which can accurately detect the island effect.In addition,this method can effectively reduce harmonics,thus realizing the optimal control of comprehensive power quality of the grid with PV connection.
