摘  要:目的研究与分析在皮肤性病科临床见习课程中应用翻转课堂结合情景模拟教学的应用效果。方法选取2021年10—12月在桂林医学院第二附属医院皮肤性病科进行见习的2018级临床医学(免费医学定向)本科班学生86名,采用随机数字表法分为两组,观察组(n=43)采取翻转课堂结合情景模拟教学法进行临床见习教学,对照组(n=43)采取传统教学法进行临床见习教学,对比两组临床教学效果。结果观察组学生理论成绩和实践操作成绩均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生学习成果、学习满意度和情感评价均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在皮肤性病科临床见习教学中应用翻转课堂结合情景模拟教学模式,能有效提高教学质量及学生满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study and analyze the application effect of flipped classroom combined with situational simulation teaching in clinical probationary courses of dermatology and venereal diseases.Methods A total of 86 students from the 2018 grade clinical medicine(free medical orientation)undergraduate class who were in the dermatology and venereology department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College from October to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The observation group(n=43)adopted the flipped classroom combined with scenario simulation teaching method for clinical practice teaching,while the control group(n=43)adopted traditional teaching method for clinical practice teaching.The clinical teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical and practical scores of the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The learning outcomes,learning satisfaction and emotional evaluation of the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of flipped classroom combined with scenario simulation teaching mode in clinical probationary teaching of dermatology and venereal diseases can effectively improve teaching quality and student satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical application.
