摘 要:目的探究基于SimMom高端模拟人的情景模拟教学在产科临床技能培训中的应用价值。方法选取2021年7月—2022年3月在广州市花都区人民医院产科工作3年以下住院医师及助产士共32名,随机将其分为两组,各16名。对照组采用传统教学方法进行培训,观察组采用SimMom高端模拟人的情景模拟教学进行培训,比较两种教学方法的教学成果。结果培训前两组的理论考核成绩、临床技能考核成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后,两组的理论考核成绩和临床技能考核成绩均高于培训前,且观察组的理论考核成绩和临床技能考核成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对于教学方法的综合满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的教育效果评估得分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产科临床技能培训中运用SimMom高端模拟人情景模拟教学法有优势,既可以提高住院医生和助产士的理论知识和临床操作技能,还能获得较高的满意度和认可,总体教学效果显著,可进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of scenario simulation teaching based on SimMom high-end simulator in clinical skills training in obstetrics.Methods A total of 32 residents and midwives who worked in the obstetrics department of Huadu District People's Hospital in Guangzhou from July 2021 to March 2022 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,each with 16 students.The control group was trained by traditional teaching methods,and the observation group was trained by the scenario simulation teaching of SimMom high-end simulator.Compare the teaching outcomes of the two teaching methods.Results There was no significant difference in the theoretical assessment scores and clinical skills assessment scores between the two groups before training(P>0.05).After training,the theoretical and clinical skills assessment scores of the two groups were higher than those before the training,while the theoretical assessment scores and clinical skills assessment scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The comprehensive satisfaction score in the observation group for teaching methods was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The educational effect assessment score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of SimMom high-end simulator scenario simulation teaching method in obstetrics clinical skills training has advantages,which can not only improve the theoretical knowledge and clinical operation skills of residents and midwives,but also obtain high satisfaction and recognition of students.The overall teaching effect is remarkable and can be further promoted and applied.
