母亲与青少年居家身体活动的代际传递效应:亲子沟通和家庭亲密度的增值贡献

摘　　要：目的:考察母亲与青少年居家身体活动的代际传递效应,以及亲子沟通、家庭亲密度在此效应的增值贡献。方法:采用国际体力活动量表(短版)、家庭沟通模式量表、家庭亲密度量表(学生版),对1849名初中生及其母亲进行调查。结果:母亲的居家身体活动、亲子沟通和青少年的居家身体活动在青少年性别、年级的差异皆不显著;青少年感知家庭亲密度的性别差异不显著,但年级差异显著,6~8年级青少年的家庭亲密度随年级升高而递减;母亲居家身体活动能显著预测青少年居家身体活动,且在母亲居家身体活动与青少年居家身体活动的影响链上,母亲的亲子沟通、青少年感知的家庭亲密度具备链式中介效应。结论:对于不同性别青少年,母亲居家身体活动、亲子沟通、青少年居家身体活动、家庭亲密度具有一致性特征;对于不同年级青少年,母亲居家身体活动、亲子沟通和青少年居家身体活动具有一致性特征,而家庭亲密度随着年级升高而逐渐降低;母亲与子女居家身体活动存在代际传递效应,且母亲的亲子沟通、青少年感知的家庭亲密度在该代际效应中发挥重要的增值贡献。Objective:Explored the intergenerational transmission effect of home physical activity(HPA)among mothers and adolescents,and the value added contribution of parent-child communication(PCC)and family cohesion(FC)in this effect.Methods:Used the international physical activity questionnaire-short form(IPAQ-SF),the family communication patterns scale(FCP),and the family cohesion scale(Student Edition)this paper investigated 1849adolescent of junior high school stage and their mothers.Results:Mother’s HPA and PCC,and adolescent’s HPA were not significantly different in adolescents’gender and grade.The gender difference in adolescent perceived FC was not significant,but its grade difference was significant.Among them,adolescent perceived FC in grades 6 to 8 decreased as the grade increases.Mother’s HPA could significantly predicted adolescent’s HPA.Furthermore,mother’s PCC and adolescent perceived FC had the chain mediating effects.Conclusions:For adolescents of different genders,mothers’HPA and PCC,and adolescent’s HPA and FC have the consistent characteristics.Moreover,for adolescents of different grades,mothers’HPA and PCC,and adolescent’s HPA have the consistent characteristics,while the adolescent perceived FC with increasing grade gradually reduced.There is intergenerational transmission effect in the HPA of mothers and adolescent.Moreover,mother’s PCC and adolescent perceived FC play an important value added contribution in this intergenerational transmission effect.
