摘　　要：高职院校干部队伍是推动改革建设和发展的一支重要力量。通过研究高职院校干部队伍面临的结构问题和对其成因进行分析,提出通过建立和健全干部队伍的新陈代谢机制、融合发展机制、干部考评机制和轮岗交流机制等策略,推进干部队伍的持续健康发展。A cadre team in a higher vocational college is an important force to promote reform,construction and development.By analyzing the structural problems faced by cadre teams in institutions and their causes,this paper puts forward strategies to promote a sustainable and healthy development of the personnel,such as establishing and improving a metabolic mechanism,an integrated development mechanism,a cadre evaluation mechanism and a rotation and exchange mechanism.
