摘  要:目的:对传统药对柏子仁-酸枣仁挥发性成分进行分析,探讨其挥发性成分的药效物质基础。方法:利用单因素考察来确定最佳萃取条件,采用顶空-固相微萃取(HS-SPME)技术结合气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS),测定柏子仁-酸枣仁药对的挥发性成分和相对百分含量。结果:从柏子仁-酸枣仁药对中分离出80个峰,并鉴定了其中71种挥发性成分。结论:柏子仁-酸枣仁药对的挥发性成分主要组成为萜烯类、醇类和烷烃类。Objective: To analyze the volatile components in drug pairs of Seman Platycladi-Semen Ziziphi Spinosae to explore the pharmacodynamic material basis of volatile components. Methods: The optimum extraction conditions were determined by single factor investigation, and HS-SPME combined with GC-MS was used to determine the volatile components and their relative percentages in the drug pair. Results: Totally 80 peaks were isolated from the drug pair of Seman Platycladi-Semen Ziziphi Spinosae, and 71 volatile components were identified. Conclusion: The volatile components in the drug pair of Seman Platycladi-Semen Ziziphi Spinosae are mainly terpenes, alcohols and alkanes.
