摘  要:线上书院旨在通过信息技术与教育教学深度融合,打造基础学科拔尖学生课内课外、校内校外、线上线下相结合的学习生活平台,探索拔尖人才培养新形态,培养引领未来的拔尖人才。本文系统探讨线上书院建设的理论基础,将教育虚拟社区作为基本框架,以交互影响距离理论揭示教育虚拟社区交互的本质,从资源和交流维度构建线上书院建设模型。提出树立“互联网+”思维,探索拔尖人才培养新范式;完善资源供给模式,高质量建设线上书院资源;创新技术赋能,突出互动本质线上书院等建设对策。The online academy aims to create a learning and life platform with the combination of in-class and out-of-class,on-campus and off-campus,online and offline for top-notch students in basic disciplines through the deep integration of information technology and teaching and learning,exploring new forms of top-notch talent training,and cultivating top-notch talents who lead the future.This paper systematically discusses the theoretical basis of online academy construction,takes the education virtual community as the basic framework,reveals the essence of the interaction of the education virtual community with the transaction distance theory,and constructs the construction model of the online academy from the two dimensions of resources and communication.In addition,the paper proposes countermeasures for the construction of online academy,including establishing an“Internet+”thinking,exploring a new paradigm for the cultivation of top-notch talents;improving the resource supply model and building online academy resources with high quality;and empowering innovative technologies to highlight the essence of interaction.
