工业4.0背景下高等工程人才“四维”能力培养——丹麦奥尔堡大学PBL教学模式及其启示

摘　　要：丹麦奥尔堡大学十分重视人才培养的整体设计与模式改革,其“以问题为导向、由项目来组织”的PBL模式独具特色。将PBL教学模式所培养的能力与工业4.0人才能力需求框架进行对比,可以发现两者在个人能力、社交能力、执行能力以及领域能力等方面具有一致性。奥尔堡大学的PBL教学模式可以在教学方式、课程模式、培养体系、教育形式等方面为高等工程人才“四维”能力培养提供有益的启示。Aalborg University attaches great importance to the overall design and model reform of talents training.Its PBL model for talents training is unique due to its“problem-oriented and project-organized”characteristic.By comparing the abilities the PBL teaching model tries to cultivate with that the Industry 4.0 talent need,t can be found that they are consistent in personal ability,social ability,executive ability and domain ability.The PBL teaching model of Aalborg University can provide beneficial enlightenment for the“four-dimension”ability cultivation of engineering talents in universities in the aspects of teaching methods,course models,training systems and education forms.
