高职粮食工程技术与管理专业课程思政元素挖掘及融入——以“粮油品质控制”课程为例

摘　　要：深入开展课程思政教育是落实“立德树人”根本任务的重要途径之一,对实现高职人才培养目标具有重要作用。粮油品质控制课程是高职粮食工程技术与管理专业的核心课程之一,以该课程为例,深入挖掘课程思政元素,并对课程思政元素的融入方法和课程思政推进的途径进行探讨,为高职粮食工程技术与管理专业其他课程提供参考。Carrying out ideological and political education in the curriculum is one of the important ways to implement the fundamental task of “Building Morality and cultivating people”, which plays an important role in realizing the goal of talent training in higher vocational colleges. Grain and oil quality control course is one of the core courses of grain engineering technology and management specialty in higher vocational colleges. Taking this course as an example, this paper deeply excavates the ideological and political elements of the course, and discusses the integration methods of ideological and political elements of the course and the ways to promote ideological and political elements of the course, so as to provide reference for other courses of grain engineering technology and management specialty in higher vocational colleges.
