摘　　要：数字经济是基于网络空间发展的以数据和算法为关键生产要素的新经济形态。无论是数字产业化还是产业数字化,数据和算法要素的引入带来了创新范式变革。本文通过对创新范式变革理论的回顾,在分析数字经济创新范式变革背景的基础上,对数字经济创新范式的基本内涵和主要特征进行了总结。基于网络空间的发展,数字经济创新范式内涵包括全时空性、强互动性、高开放性、跨边界性四方面内容。与工业经济创新范式不同,数字经济创新范式表现出明显的多元化、网络化和生态化特征。数字技术深度渗透和广泛赋能不断重构创新活动的秩序和运行规则,使创新范式朝着民主性、包容性、共生性方向演进。The digital economy is anew economic form based on the development of cyberspace with data and algorithms asthe key production factors.Whetheritis digital industrializationorindustrial digitization,the introductionof data andcomputing elements has brought about a paradigm shift in innovation.By reviewing the theory of innovation paradigm change,this paper summarizes the basic connotation and main characteristics of the digital economy innovation paradigm on the basis of analyzing the background of the digital economy innovationparadigmchange.Based onthedevelopmentof cyberspace,theconnotationof the digital economy innovation paradigm includes four aspects:full time and space,strong interaction,high openness,and crossborder.Different from the industrial economic innovation paradigm,the digital economic innovation paradigm shows obvious diversification,networking and ecological characteristics.The in-depth penetrationand extensive empowerment of digital technology continue to reconstruct the order and operating rules of innovation activities,so that the innovation paradigm evolves in the direction of democracy,inclusivenessand symbiosis。
