摘  要:目的通过对赣榆区10年食用盐监测数据及尿碘检测数据分析,了解居民碘盐使用现状,为碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学依据。方法每年按东、西、南、北、中5个方位各随机抽取1个镇,对居民食用盐进行随机抽样,检测食盐碘含量,同时检测8~10岁儿童尿碘水平及其家中食用盐碘含量和育龄妇女尿碘水平及其家中食用盐碘含量。结果共检测居民食用盐2952份,平均碘盐覆盖率97.80%,碘盐合格率97.01%;检测8~10岁组儿童尿样866份,28份尿样尿碘低于50μg/L,占比3.2%;检测育龄妇女尿样664份,29份尿样尿碘低于50μg/L,占比4.4%。结论赣榆区通过碘缺乏病目标考核评估后,食盐加碘干预措施和效果持续显著。Objective Through the analysis of 10-year edible salt monitoring data and urine iodine detection data in Ganyu District,to understand the current situation of residents’use of iodized salt,and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders.Methods Every year,one town was randomly selected from each of the five directions of east,west,south,north,and middle,and the residents’edible salt was randomly sampled to detect the iodine content of the salt,iodine content and urinary iodine levels in women of childbearing age and their household salt iodine content.Results A total of 2952 resident edible salts were tested,the average coverage rate of iodized salt was 97.80%,and the qualified rate of iodized salt was 97.01%;866 urine samples of children aged 8-10 were tested,and 28 urine samples were less than 50μg/L of urine iodine,the proportion was 3.2%;664 urine samples from women of childbearing age were detected,and 29 urine samples were less than 50μg/L of urine iodine,accounting for 4.4%.Conclusion After passing the target assessment of iodine deficiency disorders in Ganyu District,the intervention measures and effects of salt iodization continued to be significant.
