摘 要:实体课堂教学督导是高职院校教学督导的核心工作和内部教学质量保障的重要形式,其有效性路径探究是高职院校教学督导研究的重要课题。新时代高职院校实体课堂教学督导实践仍存在督导任务浅表化、内容畸轻畸重、模式陈旧、方式简单等问题。因此,高职院校要加强对实体课堂教学督导的理论研究,理论指导实践,不断提升实体课堂教学督导的有效性。本文在设计高职院校实体课堂教学督导大致流程的基础上,以高职院校实体课堂教学督导的现状为依据,分析归纳出实体课堂教学督导所面临的困境,并指出提升实体课堂教学督导的有效路径,以期对实体课堂教学督导实务提供理论支撑和实践指导。Physical classroom teaching supervision is the core work of teaching supervision in higher vocational colleges and an important form of internal teaching quality assurance. The exploration of its effectiveness path is an important subject of teaching supervision research in higher vocational colleges. In the new era, the practice of physical classroom teaching supervision in higher vocational colleges still has problems such as superficial supervision tasks, abnormal content, outdated models, and simple methods.Therefore, higher vocational colleges should strengthen the theoretical research on physical classroom teaching supervision, and theoretically guide the practice to continuously improve the effectiveness of physical classroom teaching supervision. Based on the design of the general process of physical classroom teaching supervision in higher vocational colleges, this article analyzes and summarizes the difficulties faced by physical classroom teaching supervision on the basis of the current situation of physical classroom teaching supervision in higher vocational colleges, and points out the improvement of physical classroom teaching supervision It is an effective path to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the physical classroom teaching supervision practice.
