摘  要:教育评价引领教育发展方向,是学校办学的指挥棒,教学质量评价作为教育评价的重要内容,必须紧跟教育评价改革的步伐,才能在教育教学中发挥其作用。本文根据教育部《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》要求,结合重庆对外经贸学院的部分做法和经验,对课程思政下高校教学质量评价从问题和成因两个维度进行了初步探索。Education evaluation is the baton of education development. As an important part of education evaluation, teaching quality evaluation must closely follow the pace of education evaluation reform to play its role in education and teaching. According to the requirements of the "Guidelines for the Curriculum Ideological and Political Construction of Institutions of Higher Education" of the Ministry of Education, and combined with some of the practices and experience of Chongqing College of Foreign Economics and Economics, this paper makes a preliminary exploration of the teaching quality evaluation of universities under the ideological and political courses from the two aspects of problems and causes.
