摘 要:为探究学习兴趣在公费师范生入学动机与学习状态之间的中介效应,以公费师范生入学动机调查问卷、学习状态调查问卷和学习兴趣调查问卷为研究工具,从4所实施师范生教育政策的高校中随机选取的688名公费师范生进行了调查研究。结果发现:公费师范生学习状态得分处于中上水平,特别是公费师范生教育经验的丰富程度和学业挑战水平趋于优化。公费师范生入学动机、学习兴趣及学习状态之间存在显著相关;依据逐步回归分析得出个体学习兴趣是公费师范生入学动机和学习状态之间的中介变量。为提升公费师范生学习状态,提出应激发学生外部社会激励动机,从而转化为内部个性动机;激发公费师范生学习兴趣,促进公费师范生学习状态的提升;持续关注公费师范生入学动机,树立从教信仰。Aiming at exploring the mediating effect of learning interest between enrollment motivation and learning of state-funded normal students,the paper conducts questionnaires on enrollment motivation,learning state,learning interest of state-funded normal students.A survey is based on 688 free normal students randomly selected from 4 universities which carry out the educational policy for normal students.The results show that:state-funded normal students’learning state is above the average,especially reflected in that the richness of their educational experience and academic challenges tend to be optimized.There are significant correlations among the enrollment motivation,learning interest and learning state.According to stepwise regression analysis,individual learning interest acts as intermediary variable factor between enrollment motivation and learning state.Therefore,in order to improve state-funded normal students’learning state,this paper suggests to stimulate their external social motivation which can be transformed into internal individual motivation.Besides,through promoting students’learning interest,their learning state can correspondingly be elevated.Ultimately,the paper proposes that paying attention to the enrollment motivation of state-funded normal students helps to establish a firm belief in teaching.
