摘 要:为研究不同浓度Na_(2)CO_(3)溶液处理后兰州百合贮藏效果的影响,本文以兰州百合鳞茎为实验材料,分别设置了0.3%、0.5%、0.8%三个浓度Na_(2)CO_(3)溶液浸泡处理实验组和对照组进行冷藏贮存。研究了贮藏期间4组百合的失重率、腐败率、霉变率、褐变指数和自由水的变化。结果表明:采用Na_(2)CO_(3)溶液处理会使百合失重增大。0.3%Na_(2)CO_(3)溶液处理的百合在50d贮藏期内未出现霉变现象,且在四组中腐败率最低,为20.96%,褐变指数较其他三组低约18%,且百合自由水含量最高。该浓度下Na_(2)CO_(3)溶液可有效抑制微生物和霉菌的生长,减少褐变现象的发生,提高百合货架期。In order to study the effect of storage of lily of Lanzhou after treatment with different concentrations of Na_(2)CO_(3) solution,three concentrations of 0.3%,0.5%and 0.8%and a set of blank control experiments were set up with lily of Lanzhou lily bulbs as the experimental materials in this paper.The weight loss rate,spoilage rate,mildew rate,browning index and free water of the four groups of lilies during storage were studied.The results showed that the lily bulbs after treatment with 0.3%Na_(2)CO_(3) solution did not show any mildew during the 50d storage period.the decay rate was 20.96%,which was the lowest among the four groups.And the browning index was about 18%lower than the other three groups.The Na_(2)CO_(3) solution at this concentration could effectively inhibit the growth of microorganisms and molds,reduce the occurrence of browning phenomenon and improve the shelf life of lily bulbs.
