摘 要:为研究纯电动汽车动力总成悬置系统的隔振性能,以某型纯电动汽车为研究对象进行整车道路试验。计算悬置系统的隔振率,用频谱分析法分析车内响应点的振动峰值,通过偏相干法研究对车内峰值振动产生主要贡献的路径。分析得出,驱动电机转速在5100~7170r/min范围内时左悬置和右悬置的隔振性能较差,而车内低频段的峰值振动频率主要通过后悬置传递至车内。研究表明,将计算悬置元件隔振率与偏相干法分析车内的振动响应相结合,对全面分析悬置系统隔振性能有效可行。In order to study the vibration isolation performance of the powertrain mount system of a battery electric vehicle,the vehicle road test was carried out on a certain type of battery e-lectric vehicle.After calculating the vibration isolation rate of the mount system,the vibration peak of the vehicle response point is analyzed by spectral analysis method,and the main con-tribution path to the peak vibration of the vehicle is studied by partial coherence method.Through analysis,it is concluded that the vibration isolation performance of left and right mount is poor when the driving motor speed is in the range of 5100~7170r/min,and the peak vibration frequency of low frequency band in the vehicle is mainly transmitted to the vehicle through the rear mount.The results show that the combination of calculation of vibration isola-tion rate of mount element and partial coherence analysis of vibration response of vehicle is ef-fective for comprehensive analysis of vibration isolation performance of mount system.
