摘　　要：元宇宙是一种新的虚拟技术平台设想,也是一个新的有待建构的意义世界。建构元宇宙,技术哲学不能缺场。西方技术哲学已使我们从价值非中立观点看待元宇宙,但它仅限于“物”的哲学范畴,存在着难以统一的描述与规范、赞扬与批判、争夺与协商之争。进入“事”的哲学范畴,按照人的行动偏好与技术的正负效应,启用中国古典哲学中辨识美德、道法、防御和律法四种对技术的调节力量,为元宇宙提供一种四象性的整体论解释,以揭示元宇宙走向和谐秩序的应然性。由此,可以提出一种包含对称性、多样性和元伦理性三原则的技术哲学强纲领,强调把虚拟世界问题作为现实世界问题加以对待,以便把元宇宙建构为一种规范而健康的虚拟公共空间。Meta-universe is an emerging virtual technology platform imagination, and also a new meaning world to be constructed. To construct the meta-universe, the philosophy of technology cannot be short of the field. Western philosophy of technology has made us observe the meta-universe with a value-non-neutrality view, but it has been limited to the philosophical category of "things", and there exist disputes difficult to unify between their description and specification, their complement and criticism, their competition and negotiation. Entering the philosophical category of "doings", according to people’s action preference and the positive and negative effects of technology, the four regulating forces of technology in classical Chinese philosophy are applied to identify virtue, Taoism, defenses and law to mediate technology, so as to provide a holistic explanation of the four phenomenology for the meta-universe, and reveal the necessity of meta-universe to move towards a harmonious order. Along this line of thought, a strong program in technological philosophy including such three principles as symmetry, diversity and meta-ethics have been put forward, emphasizing that virtual world problems should be treated as real world problems, so as to construct the meta-universe as a standard and healthy virtual public space.
