摘　　要：课程思政与体育课程的融合符合新时代教育改革的具体要求,也是高校体育教学改革的重要机遇,能够帮助大学生提高自身的身体素质,突出体育教学与思政教育的时效性。该文基于有效教学理论、马克思主义哲学辩证关系原理等基础理论,对课程思政与大学体育课程融合的可行性进行分析,并构建课程思政与体育课程融合的有效路径,以供参考。The integration of Ideological and political education and physical education courses meets the specific requirements of educational reform in the new era,and is also an important opportunity for physical education reform in colleges and universities.It can help college students improve their physical quality and highlight the timeliness of physical education teaching and ideological and political education.Based on the effective teaching theory,the dialectical relationship principle of Marxist Philosophy and other basic theories,this paper analyzes the feasibility of the integration of curriculum ideological political education and college physical education curriculum,and constructs an effective path for the integration of curriculum ideological and political education and physical education curriculum for reference.
