刘湛恩职业指导思想对高职生职业生涯教育的启示

摘　　要：刘湛恩不仅领导了我国早期职业指导活动,而且十分重视学校在实施职业指导中的作用。他率先将智力测验及机械测验应用于职业指导领域,积极投身职业指导理论探索及职业指导实践活动,并根据对欧美国家职业教育的理解和对中国实际国情的认识提出了许多职业指导方法,对我国的职业生涯教育具有启发意义,值得推广和借鉴。Liu Zhanen not only led China’s early vocational guidance activities,but also attached great importance to the role of schools in the implementation of vocational guidance.He was the first to apply intelligence test and mechanical test to the field of vocational guidance,and actively engaged in the exploration of vocational guidance theory and the practice of vocational guidance.According to his understanding of vocational education in Europe and the United States and China’s actual conditions,he put forward many methods of vocational guidance.Today,it seems that Liu Zhanen’s career guiding ideology is still of enlightening significance to China’s career education,deserving spreading and learning.
