摘　　要：本文对实验室应用食品安全国家标准GB 31658.17—2021测定鸡肉中恩诺沙星、环丙沙星和沙拉沙星的含量进行了不确定度分析和计算。结果表明,影响不确定度的主要因素是标准储备液配制、标准曲线和回收率。The uncertainty analysis and calculation of the contents of enrofloxacin,ciprofloxacin and sarafloxacin in chicken according to the national standard for food safety in laboratory application GB 31658.17—2021 were analyzed and calculated.The results show that the main factors affecting the uncertainty are the standard stock solution preparation,the standard curve and the recovery rate of sample treatment process.
