摘　　要：Dear Editor,We present a case of choroidal metastasis(CM)masquerading as circumscribed choroidal hemangioma as initial manifestation of lung adenocarcinoma.The study procedures were in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and were approved by the Institutional Review Board of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine.Written informed consent was obtained from the patient.
