摘 要:创新能力培养是研究生培养环节中非常重要的一部分,如何在课程教学中使其创新能力得到提高是非常值得研究的课题。创新能力包括独立思辨能力、创新应用能力和团队合作能力,以“家具产品开发”课程为例,探讨了在课上教学模式、课下教学模式和考核模式3个方面进行改革,从而实现提高研究生创新能力的目标。在课上通过优化教学内容,采用混合式教学,案例教学和小组讨论汇报等多种形式提升研究生在思考、应用和合作3个方面创新能力的提升;在课下根据不同的学生制订不同的实训方案,充分利用网络优势实现全方位督促和指导,与设计比赛、大学生创新创业项目相结合,使得研究生的创新能力得到全方位的提升;在考核过程中,更加关注过程性考核,评价更加客观和公正。未来的人才竞争必将越来越激烈,研究生是社会需求量非常大的高端人才,创新能力是在社会竞争中获胜的重要砝码,通过在课上、课下和考核阶段的课程改革,对于提升研究生的创新能力必将大有益处。The cultivation of postgraduates’ innovation ability is a very important part of the postgraduate training process. It is worth to research how to improve their innovation ability in course teaching. Innovation ability includes independent thinking ability,innovative application ability and teamwork ability.Taking“furniture product development”as an example,this paper discusses how to reform the teaching mode in class,teaching mode after class and evaluation mode,so as to achieve the goal of improving the innovation ability of postgraduates. In class,blended teaching,case teaching and group discussion reports were synthetically applied to enhance postgraduates’ innovation ability in aspects of thinking,application and cooperation. After class,different training programs are formulated according to different postgraduates. Making full use of the advantages of the network to achieve all-round supervision and guidance,the innovative ability of postgraduates was comprehensively improved in combining with design competitions and postgraduates ’ innovation and entrepreneurship projects. In the evaluation process,more attention was paid to the process of evaluation,and the evaluation was more objective and fairer than before. Since the future competition for talents will become more and more fierce,as high-level talents with great social demand,the postgraduates’ innovation ability shall be regarded as the important weight to win the social competition. The teaching reform in class,after class and evaluation mode will be of great benefit to improve the innovation ability of postgraduates.
