摘　　要：利用射影特殊线性群PSL(2,2^(n))在射影直线X=GF(2^(n))∪{∞}的9-子集上的作用,通过计算具有固定长度的轨道的条数,给出了所有以PSL(2,2^(n))为自同构群、区组长度为9的单纯3-设计。The number of the orbits of 9-subsets is determined by the action of PSL(2,2^(n))on 9-subsets of the projective line.Consequently,all simple 3-designs with block size 9 are obtained,under the action of PSL(2,2^(n)).
