摘  要:林可霉素是一种由林可链霉菌产生的林可酰胺类抗生素,主要用于防治由革兰阳性菌引发的感染。近年来,随着林可链霉菌基因组测序的完成,林可霉素基因工程研究进展迅速。本文就近期林可霉素生物合成及其调控的研究进行总结,并重点介绍在结构基因、调控基因、抗性基因和代谢前体基因的改造方面实现林可霉素定向高产,以及新型林可霉素衍生物创制的新进展。Lincomycin, produced from Streptomyces lincolnensis, is a lincosamide antibiotic. In clinical practice, lincomycin is mainly used for the treatment of the infection of Gram-positive bacteria. Recently, completion of the genome sequence of S. lincolnensis has accelerated the development of genetic engineering of lincomycin. This review firstly summarized the substantial progress about biosynthesis and regulation of lincomycin in recent years.Secondly, this paper illustrated the application of the modification of structural genes, regulatory genes, resistance genes and metabolic precursor genes to achieve high yield of lincomycin. Finally, we described the latest progress in the synthesis of novel lincomycin derivatives by biological methods.
