摘　　要：本文采用气相色谱法测定腌萝卜中甜蜜素的含量,通过构建数学模型及分析检测过程中的各个不确定度来源,计算出腌萝卜中甜蜜素含量的不确定度。In this paper,the content of cyclamate in pickled radish was determined by gas chromatography,and the uncertainty of cyclamate content in pickled radish was calculated by constructing a mathematical model and analyzing various sources of uncertainty in the detection process.
