摘 要:采用高效液相色谱法测定保健食品中芦荟苷的含量,并根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF 1059.1—2012)和《化学分析测量不确定度评定》(JJF 1135—2005)来评定其测量不确定度。以测定原理为基础,建立数学模型,运用测量不确定度的基本评定方法,对影响结果准确度的每个因素进行测量不确定度的计算和评定,以此计算合成不确定度,当置信概率为95%时,得到保健食品中芦荟苷的测量结果为(551.6±14.23)mg/kg(k=2)。结果显示,拟合标准曲线所引入的测量不确定度是保健食品中芦荟苷含量不确定度评定的主要来源因素,本文对高效液相色谱法测定保健食品中芦荟苷结果的不确定度评定具有参考作用。The content of aloin in health food was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and the measurement uncertainty was evaluated according to JJF 1059.1—2012 and JJF 1135—2005.According to the measurement principle,a mathematical model was established,and the measurement uncertainty was calculated and evaluated for each factor that affected the accuracy of the results by using the basic evaluation method of the uncertainty in measurement.Thus,the uncertainty was calculated and synthesized.Finally,the measurement result of aloin in health food was(551.6±14.23)mg/kg(k=2)when the fiducial probability was 95%.The results showed that the measurement uncertainty introduced by the standard fitting curve was the main source of the uncertainty evaluation of aloin content in health food.This paper can provide reference for the uncertainty evaluation of determination of aloin in health food by HPLC.
