泸州真龙柚柚花挥发油化学成分分析

摘　　要：为研究泸州本地真龙柚柚花的挥发油的组成成分,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取泸州真龙柚柚花中的挥发油,并通过气质联用技术对提取的柚花挥发油进行成分分析,所得成分的质谱数据经数据库检索鉴定,按照峰面积归一化法进行定量分析,分别求得各化学成分的相对含量。结果表明,以水蒸气蒸馏法提取的真龙柚柚花挥发油鉴定出40种化学成分,化学成分种类以烯、醇、醛及酯为主,其中醇类化合物含量最高,占比为52.03%,共有9种。研究结果可为泸州真龙柚柚花的开发利用提供数据基础。For the study of Luzhou real local Zhenlong pomelo flower spend the constituents of the volatile oil of using steam distillation extraction of volatile oil of Luzhou real dragons pomelo pomelo,and to extract pomelo flower essential oil by gas chromatography-mass spectrometryto component analysis,the composition of mass spectrometry data via the database retrieval appraisal,according to the peak area normalization method for quantitative analysis of the relative content of each chemical composition.The results showed that 40 chemical components were identified from the volatile oil extracted by steam distillation.The main chemical components were alkenes,alcohols,aldehydes and esters,among which alcohols were the highest,accounting for 52.03%,and there were 9 chemical components.The results can provide data basis for the development and utilization of Luzhou Zhenlong pomelo flower.
