强化内科学临床技能训练的经验与思考

摘　　要：临床医学是一门实践性很强的学科,医学生除了要有扎实的理论基础知识,还必须具有丰富的临床实践能力。本文针对内科学实习生临床基本技能学习不足总结了一些具体原因,如:临床技能实践教学未受到足够重视、临床实习基地教学资源不足、临床实习基地患者配合度差、临床实习基地建设有待完善、临床实践教学考核体系尚不健全、带教老师积极性不高。针对上述问题,本文提出了相应的解决方案,例如:改变传统观念,强化临床基本技能训练;采用以问题为中心的学习(PBL)和标准化病人(SP)相结合的方法辅助教学;构建临床技能实践教学体系;建立科学化、规范化的临床技能考核模式;充分调动临床教师的积极性并提高带教水平。通过上述建议,旨在进一步强化、提高内科学临床实习生的实践技能操作能力,最终优化临床实践教学质量,提高医学生的综合素质。Clinical medicine is a subject with strong practicality.In addition to having a solid theoretical foundation knowledge,medical students must also have rich clinical practice ability.This paper summarizes some specific reasons for the lack of learning basic clinical skills of interns in internal medicine,such as clinical practice teaching was not paid attention,clinical insufficient teaching resources in practice base,poor cooperation of patients in clinical practice base,the construction of clinical practice base needs to be improved,the examination system of clinical practical teaching is not perfect,and the enthusiasm of teachers is not high.To solve the above problems,the corresponding solution are put forward,such as changing the traditional ideas and strengthening the training of basic clinical skills;the combination of problem-based learning(PBL)and standardized patient(SP)is used to assist teaching;constructing the practical teaching system of clinical skills;establishing a scientific and standardized clinical skill assessment mode;fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of clinical teachers and improving teaching level.The purpose of making above suggestions is to further strengthen and improve the practical skills and operational ability of clinical interns in internal medicine,finally optimize the quality of clinical practice teaching and improve the comprehensive quality of medical students.
