摘  要:目的 分析产科医护人员对《中国孕期妇女膳食指南(2016版)》的知信行现状及影响因素。方法 通过便利抽样方法,对兰州市4所三级甲等医院的261名产科医护人员进行问卷调查。结果 产科医护人员对孕期妇女膳食指南知信行得分分别为(5.33±2.88)分、(36.31±7.20)分及(14.58±4.03)分。Pearson相关分析结果显示,产科医护人员膳食指南知识与态度、行为呈正相关关系(r=0.941、0.892,均P<0.05),态度与行为呈正相关关系(r=0.962,P<0.01)。多元线性分析结果显示:对产科医护人员而言,性别、年龄及职业是影响掌握孕期妇女膳食指南知识的主要因素,性别、年龄、工作部门、学历、工作年限及职称是影响学习和宣教孕期妇女膳食指南态度的主要因素,性别、职业、工作部门、学历及工作年限是影响学习和宣教孕期妇女膳食指南行为的主要因素(均P<0.05)。结论 产科医护人员学习和宣教孕期妇女膳食指南的态度较积极,但知识和行为有待提高;应加强产科医护人员孕期妇女膳食指南知识培训,提高其对孕期妇女膳食指南的认知,促进《中国孕期妇女膳食指南(2016版)》在临床有效应用。Objective To analyze the current status and influencing factors among obstetric medical staffs on the "Chinese Dietary Guidelines for Pregnant Women(2016 Edition)".Methods Through a convenient sampling method, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 261 obstetric medical personnel employees of four "the third-class A-level hospitals" in Lanzhou.Results The score of knowledge, attitude and behavior of obstetric medical staff on dietary guidelines for pregnant women was(5.33±2.88) points,(36.31±7.20) points and(14.58±4.03) points.Pearson correlation analysis shows that nutrition knowledge is positively correlated with nutrition attitude and nutrition behavior(r=0.941,0.892,all P<0.05),nutrition attitude is positively correlated with nutrition behavior(r=0.962,P<0.01).Multivariate linear analysis shows that: gender, age and occupation are the main influencing factors for obstetric medical staff to grasp the knowledge of dietary guidelines for pregnant women;gender, age, education, working years, and professional titles are the diet of women during pregnancy and education.The main influencing factors of the guide attitude;gender, occupation, job scope, education, and working years are the main influencing factors of the dietary guideline behavior of women during learning and education(all P<0.05).Conclusion Obstetric medical staffs pay attention to learning and teaching dietary guidelines for pregnant women, but their knowledge and behaviors need to be improved.Hospital administrators should strengthen the training of obstetric medical staff on the dietary guidelines for pregnant women, improving their awareness of dietary guidelines for pregnant women and promoting it’s prevalence in clinical effectively.
