摘  要:焦虑是人类最基本的一种情绪,“教育焦虑”可以概括为人们因教育过程中某些不确定因素对个体发展和需要构成威胁而产生紧张、不安、恐慌等复杂的心理状态,个体的焦虑情绪被群体感知而聚集和扩散传播,到一定程度就形成群体性焦虑情绪,在社会层面相互作用和影响。不同教育群体“教育焦虑”具有明显差异,教师“教育焦虑”是基于职业体验和教师角色价值思考而产生的;中国家长“教育焦虑”是源于教育竞争压力和对子女教育过高期望;学生“教育焦虑”则是学生对学习过程和学习结果的体察感受。Anxiety is one of the most basic human emotions.Education anxiety can be summarized as a complex psychological state of nervousness,anxiety,panic and so on caused by the threats posed on individual’s development and needs by some uncertain elements during the education process.The individual’s anxiety emotion will gather together and be spread and diffused when being perceived by groups,and will become group anxietyemotion to some degree,which will function on and influence each other on the society level.Educational anxiety of different education groups have obvious differences.Teachers’educational anxiety is caused based on professional experiences and thoughts on teachers’role value.The educational anxiety of parents in China originates from the education competition pressure and the too-high expections on children’s education.Students’educational anxiety shows the experience,observation and feelings of learning process and results.
