摘 要:试验旨在研究不同秋眠型紫花苜蓿淀粉酶酶活及基因表达量。以不同秋眠型苜蓿叶片为材料,检测苜蓿叶片在3月、4月、6月、7月、9月的α-淀粉酶和β-淀粉酶的酶活及基因表达量。结果表明:不同秋眠型的紫花苜蓿,α-淀粉酶的酶活在3月份明显高于4月、6月、9月(P<0.05),3月苜蓿叶片β-淀粉酶的酶活显著高于6月(P<0.05),但非秋眠型紫花苜蓿品种未表现出这一规律。研究表明,紫花苜蓿叶片中α-淀粉酶和β-淀粉酶基因表达量随月份有逐渐升高的趋势,而与不同月份酶活无明显相关性。The experiment was to study the amylase activity and gene expression of different autumn sleeping alfalfa.In the study,the content ofα-amylase andβ-amylase and gene expression in alfalfa leaves of different autumn sleeping type were detected in March,April,June,July and September.The results showed that the activity ofα-amylase in alfalfa leaves of different autumn sleeping types in March was significantly higher than that in April,June and September(P<0.05),and the activity ofα-amylase in alfalfa leaves in March was significantly higher than that in June(P<0.05),but the non-autumn sleeping alfalfa varieties did not show this rule.The study indicates that the expression levels ofα-amylase andβ-amylase genes in alfalfa leaves increased gradually with month,but there is no significant correlation with the enzyme activity in different months.
