麦麸添加比例对“桂牧1号”杂交象草青贮品质的影响

摘　　要：试验旨在探究添加不同比例的麦麸对象草青贮品质的影响,以确定适宜的麦麸添加比例。桂牧1号杂交象草与0、5%、10%、15%、20%的麦麸进行混合青贮,比较青贮发酵品质、营养品质和有氧稳定性等指标。结果显示:添加不同比例麦麸可以显著提高桂牧1号杂交象草青贮的干物质(DM)含量、粗蛋白(CP)含量、有氧稳定性,显著降低粗纤维(CF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量(P<0.05),麦麸添加比例越高,作用越明显。研究表明,桂牧1号杂交象草与15%的麦麸混合青贮的综合效益最佳。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of different proportion of wheat bran addition on the quality of silage and to determine the appropriate proportion of wheat bran addition.Guimu No.1 hybrid elephant grass was mixed with 0,5%,10%,15%and 20%wheat bran for silage,and the silage fermentation quality,nutritional quality and aerobic stability were compared.The results showed that adding different proportion wheat bran could significantly improve mixed with wheat bran silage Guimu No.1 hybrid elephant grass content of DM,CP content and aerobic stability,and significantly reduce CF,NDF and ADF content(P<0.05).Wheat bran adding ratio was higher,and the effect was obvious.The experiment indicates that mixed silage from Guimu No.1 hybrid elephant grass and 15%wheat bran is the best.
