摘  要:数控专业依托产教融合校企共同育人的模式,形成与行业企业无缝对接的人才培养体系。打造专兼结合产教融合的教学科研团队,形成了对新型活页式、工作手册式教材教学的开发,探索构建学校和企业工学互嵌的“双课堂”教学模式,推进教法改革,增强学生的创新能力和工程实践能力,形成适合人才培养质量提升的教学评价。通过深化产教融合的探索与实践,有效提升人才培养质量。Numerical control major relies on the mode of educating people by schools and enterprises through the integration of production and education,and forms a talent training system that seamlessly connects with industry and enterprises.It creates a teaching and research team that combines the integration of production and education,form the development of new insert-and workbook-style teaching materials,explores the construction of a“dual classroom”teaching mode in which schools and enterprises are inter-embedded,promotes teaching reform,strengthens students’innovation ability and engineering practice ability,and forms a teaching evaluation suitable for the improvement of the talent training quality.By deepening the exploration and practice of the integration of production and education,the quality of talent training can be effectively improved.
