摘  要:针对嵌入式视觉传感器在实际应用中易出现灵敏度不足的问题,提出一种远距离激光机器人嵌入式视觉传感器灵敏度优化方法。将基于最小不确定性准则的布置指标设定为目标函数,对传统的猴群算法进行改进。分析观测网络的布设累加规律,采用改进的猴群算法进行远距离激光机器人嵌入式视觉传感器灵敏度寻优,获取提升传感器灵敏度的寻优方案。仿真实验结果表明,所提方法能够有效提升传感器的灵敏度和响应度,分别达到了85%和1.4 A/W,同时还能够有效降低非线性误差,校正输出量相差在2μm内。Aiming at the problem of insufficient sensitivity of embedded vision sensor in practical application,a sensitivity optimization method of embedded vision sensor for long-distance laser robot is proposed.The layout index based on the minimum uncertainty criterion is set as the objective function to improve the traditional monkey algorithm.The cumulative rule of observation network is analyzed,and the sensitivity of embedded vision sensor of long-distance laser robot is optimized by using the improved monkey algorithm,so as to obtain the optimization scheme to improve the sensitivity of the sensor.Simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the sensitivity and responsiveness of the sensor,which reach 85% and 1.4 A/W,respectively,and can also effectively reduce the nonlinear error,and the correction output is within 2μm.
