摘  要:由于开关的高频切换作用,单相H桥逆变器会出现非线性行为,这种非线性行为对系统会造成很大的损害。以峰值电流控制模式下单相H桥逆变器为研究对象,分析了系统出现的分岔现象。建立雅可比矩阵的离散模型,推导出单相H桥逆变器雅可比矩阵离散模型下斜坡补偿的取值范围。通过仿真分析验证了加入分析出的斜坡补偿值,得到加入斜坡补偿前后的电流波形图。结果表明,斜波补偿可以很好地抑制逆变器的分岔现象,使单相H桥逆变器在占空比比较大时稳定运行。Due to the high-frequency switching effect of the switch,the single-phase H-bridge inverter will exhibit nonlinear behavior,which will cause great damage to the system.Taking the single-phase H-bridge inverter under peak current control mode as the research object,the bifurcation phenomenon of the system was analyzed.By establishing the discrete model of Jacobi matrix,the range of slope compensation under the Jacobian matrix discrete model of single-phase H-bridge inverter was derived.The simulation analysis verified that the slope compensation value obtained by the analysis was added in,and the current waveform diagrams before and after the slope compensation were also added in.The results show that the slope compensation can well restrain the bifurcation phenomenon of the inverter,and make the single-phase H-bridge inverter run stably when the duty cycle is relatively large.
