摘 要:新中国成立以来,我国终身教育政策由建国初的零散体现逐渐发展为新时代的全面深化。站在新的历史起点上,回顾、总结和检视我国终身教育政策的发展与演变具有重要意义。通过对国家层面出台的终身教育政策进行分析,系统梳理了我国终身教育政策的演进历程,深入探讨了终身教育政策目标、政策性质、政策内容和政策价值取向在不同历史阶段的演进特征。基于此,展望我国终身教育政策的未来发展,以期进一步完善终身教育政策,为促进终身教育的发展和学习型社会建设提供更有力的保障。Since the founding of New China,Lifelong education policy has gradually developed from its fragmented manifestation to its comprehensive deepening in the new era.Standing at a new historical starting point,it is of great significance to review,summarize and examine the development and evolution of lifelong education policy in China.Through the analysis of lifelong education policies issued at the national level,this paper systematically sorts out the evolution process of lifelong education policies in China,and probes into the evolution characteristics of lifelong education policy objectives,policy nature,policy content and policy value orientation in different historical stages.On this basis,the future development of China s lifelong education policies is prospected in order to further improve lifelong education policies and provide a more powerful guarantee for promoting the development of lifelong education and the construction of a learning society.
