摘　　要：少数民族地区是我国乡村振兴的重点区域,少数民族农民是民族地区乡村振兴战略落实的关键因素,因此我国十分重视少数民族农民的教育培训工作。从少数民族农民教育培训政策、重要性、培训模式、培训问题以及培训对策等方面系统梳理我国少数民族农民教育培训研究的概况,分析少数民族农民教育培训的不足及其原因,在此基础上提出未来我国少数民族农民教育培训研究的突破点。Ethnic minority regions are the key areas for rural revitalization in China,and ethnic minority farmers are the key factors for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in ethnic minority regions,so China attaches great importance to the education and training of ethnic minority farmers.The author has systematically reviewed the research on education and training of ethnic minority farmers in China from the aspects of policies,importance,training modes,training problems and training countermeasures,analyzed the shortcomings of education and training of ethnic minority farmers and their reasons,and on this basis proposed suggestions for future research on education and training of ethnic minority farmers in China.
