摘 要:目的应用虚拟患者对护理本科生进行问诊考核,从病例开发者视角评价虚拟患者的质量,从教学评价视角检验学生的问诊能力并定位其薄弱之处。方法2020年3月至2021年1月,便利抽样法选取广东省3所学校的全日制护理本科生为研究对象,本科生参与虚拟问诊考核并对问诊记录进行数据分析。结果174名学生共问诊482次,产生了28305次询问。其中174次有效考核问诊共产生了13497次询问,成绩为(58.53±14.32)分。虚拟患者的内容完整性为96.23%,内容准确性为95.87%。在17个模块中,模块覆盖率最低的3个分别为个人史、认知与感知及角色与关系;条目覆盖率最低的5个分别为个人史、认知与感知、活动与运动、家族史及营养与代谢。结论虚拟患者的质量令人满意,确保了学生的用户体验。同时,对客观问诊记录的分析也明确了学生问诊的不足之处,为后续的问诊教学提供方向和基础。Objective To examine the quality of a virtual patient(VP)from case design perspective and to analyze the performance of undergraduates from teaching evaluation perspective by using a VP for history-taking test among nursing undergraduates.Methods From March 2020 to January 2021,undergraduates from 3 universities in Guangdong province were selected by the convenience sampling method.The subjects participated in the virtual examination and the data were recorded and ananlyzed.Results 482 history-taking sessions with 28305 queries were generated while the effective ones were 174 sessions with 13497 queries.The mean score was 58.53±14.32.For this VP,the content completeness and the content accuracy were 96.23%and 95.87%respectively.The 3 parts with the lowest coverage rates among all the 17 parts were personal history,cognitive perception and roles and relationships.The 5 items with the lowest coverage rates were personal history,cognitive perception,activity and exercise,family history and nutrition metabolic.Conclusions The quality of this VP is satisfactory,which ensures the user experience.Meanwhile,the analysis also clarifies the weaknesses of subjects’history-taking,and provides direction and evidence for future teaching.
