摘　　要：导航、定位与授时(PNT)是全球卫星导航系统(GNSS)的三大基本功能,北斗卫星导航系统(BDS)的全面建成,对PNT应用人才提出更加迫切的需求,如何为PNT产业输送专业人才,成为当前测绘类高等院校亟需思考的问题。在深入分析当前GNSS实践教学存在不足之处的基础上,明确了适应PNT产业发展的教学改革方向,提出了三点有针对性的改革举措:构建面向PNT应用需求的人才培养新模式,创新测绘工程实践教学平台建设和建立基于创新能力培养的教学实践模式。教学实践证明:面向PNT应用的多元化、开放式、综合性实践课程体系,有助于实现面向卫星导航领域需求的应用型、创新型人才培养,为测绘类本科教学改革提供参考。Navigation,Positioning and Timing(PNT)are the three basic functions of the Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS).The comprehensive completion of the BeiDou navigation satellite System(BDS)puts forward a more urgent demand for talents related to PNT application.It has become an urgent problem for surveying and mapping colleges and universities to provide professional talents for PNT industry.Based on the in-depth analysis of the shortcomings of the current GNSS practice teaching,this paper defines the direction of teaching reform to adapt to the development of PNT industry,and puts forward three targeted reform measures.To build a new talent training mode for PNT application needs,construct an innovative practical teaching platform of Surveying and Mapping Engineering(SME),and establish the teaching practice mode based on the cultivation of innovation ability.The teaching practice has proved that the diversified,open and comprehensive practical curriculum system for PNT application is conducive to the cultivation of application-oriented and innovative talents in the field of satellite navigation,and provides theoretical guidance and practical reference for the undergraduate teaching reform of surveying and mapping.
