摘  要:番茄红素是植物性食物中存在的一种类胡萝卜素,也是一种红色素,由于其化学结构特殊,分子结构上有11个共轭双键和2个非共轭双键,进而形成了直链型碳氢化合物,其抗氧化功能较强,这也是目前番茄红素在保健功能中的重要体现。番茄红素具有较强的抗氧化性,因此具有较好的延缓衰老、防癌抗癌等功能,为机体健康提供了重要保障。本文针对番茄红素的保健功能进行细化分析,并将其应用情况进行简单介绍,从而更好地证实番茄红素在医疗保健中的使用价值。Lycopene is a carotenoid and a red pigment that exists in plant foods.Due to its special chemical structure,there are 11 conjugated double bonds and 2 non-conjugated double bonds in the molecular structure,and then The formation of straight-chain hydrocarbons,although its physiological activity is low,but its antioxidant function is strong,which is also an important manifestation of lycopene in the health care function.Lycopene has strong antioxidant properties,so it has good anti-aging,anti-cancer and anti-cancer functions,and provides an important guarantee for body health.In this paper,the health function of lycopene is analyzed in detail,and its application is briefly introduced,so as to better confirm the use value of lycopene in health care.
