摘　　要：近年来,森林疗养得到我国政府的大力推行,但相关研究却仅限于林学与医学,忽略了疗养作用发生的美学基础,存在着将人的本质生物化的倾向。从大自然中寻求慰藉的生命实践具有悠久的历史,但自然美为何能产生疗愈效果尚未得到学界的充分阐发。自然美是宇宙精神在大自然中的显现,它有助于启发世人将功利人生观改造为审美人生观,回到本真生存的状态,实现对欲望之苦与异化之困的超越。自然美的疗愈价值的核心意义在于以超验为向度的超越性。大自然并非人类的理想归宿,但作为本源性的美的存在能够召唤人类达致更加理想的生存状态。Forest therapy has been vigorously promoted by our government in recent years. The mainstream researches on forest therapy are limited to the perspectives of forestry and medical science and ignore the aesthetic basis of healing value, which shows a tendency to biologize human nature. Seeking comfort from nature has a long tradition, but the healing value of natural beauty has not been fully elaborated by the academic circles. Natural beauty is the manifestation of universal spirit in nature, which helps to inspire people to transform from utilitarian outlook on life into aesthetic outlook on life, to return to the state of true existence, and realize the transcendence of the suffering of desire and alienation. The core meaning of natural beauty healing value lies in the transcendence with it as the dimension. Nature is not the ideal destination of human beings, but as the existence of original beauty, it can call on human beings to achieve a more ideal state of existence.
