摘　　要：《药物化学》是制药工程专业的核心基础课程。在《药物化学》课程的教学设计中以抗肿瘤药物为例,引入OBE教育理念,以课程思政学习效果为导向,采用“基于角色互换的翻转课堂”课程教学模式,从抗肿瘤药物的内容分析、学情分析、教学目标、教学方法、教学设计思路、课堂教学组织过程、课程思政教学总结与思考出发,多角度阐述了“基于OBE理念的药物化学课程思政教学设计”这一问题,将立德树人的根本任务落实到实处,实现全程育人。Medicinal chemistry is the core basic course of pharmaceutical engineering specialty,In the teaching design of medicinal chemistry course,taking anti-tumor drugs as an example,the introduction of OBE education concept,guided by the ideological and political learning effect of the course,and the adoption of“rollover classroom based on role exchange”,course teaching mode.From the content of the antitumor drug analysis,Pupil description,teaching objectives,teaching methods,teaching design thinking,classroom teaching organizational process,course Summary and reflection with Course-based Ideological and Political Education,This paper expounds the issue of“Teaching Design of Medicinal Chemistry with Course-based Ideological and Political Education Based on OBE Concept”from multiple perspectives implemented the fundamental task of moral cultivation and realized the whole process of educating people.
