摘  要:从西南联大“从游”教育的生成来看,“从游”教育从理想变为现实需要一系列条件相互支撑,这些条件包括学识与德性兼美的“大师”高度集中、教师课堂教学与日常生活中的魅力展现、师生共同的价值取向以及学校领导“从游”教育思想的自觉倡导。只有具备了这些条件,学生才会由发自内心地敬重转变为师生充满生机的“从游”。Seen from the formation mechanism of “following the tour” education in Southwest Associated University,a series of conditions are needed to support each other to change the “following the tour”education from ideal to reality. These conditions include the high concentration of “masters”with both knowledge and virtue,the display of charm in teachers’ classroom teaching and daily life,the common value orientation of teachers and students,and the conscious advocacy of school leader’s educational thought of “following the tour”. Only when these conditions are satisfied,will students’ heartfelt respect change into a vibrant“following the tour”between teachers and students.
