摘  要:应用型高校转型发展坚持应用型人才培养为根本目标,而应用型人才培养则需要应用型师资队伍为保障。以郑州某应用型高校为例,总结其开展教师分层分类培训的实践经验,从实践中发现问题并针对性地提出要以应用型人才培养质量对教师能力需求为切入点,以教学、科研、实践能力提升为目标,疏通由新入职教师向青年教师、骨干教师的职业发展路径,形成分层分类的教师培养培训体系。The transformation development of aapplication-oriented university should insist on applied talents cultivation as the fundamental goal, while the training of applied talents needs the guarantee of applied teachers. Taking an application-oriented university in Zhengzhou as an example, this paper summarizes its practical experience of teacher hierarchical classification training, finds problems from practice. It is pointed out that the career development path from newly recruited teachers to young teachers and backbone teachers should be cleared by taking the quality of application-oriented talents training as the starting point and the improvement of teaching, scientific research and practical ability as the goal, so as to form a hierarchical classification of teacher training system.
