摘  要:《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》作为教育评价系统性改革的纲领性文件,明确了教师评价体系改革的总体架构,提出了人才评价机制、评价标准等方面的新要求,强调教师分类评价体系建设的质量导向。笔者从教师评价体系的师德师风标准、评价体系基本要求、评价体系的改进以及健全职业教育评价体系四个方面总结了新时代教育评价改革背景下教师评价体系的变化,旨在思考和探讨今后高校教师特别是职业学校教师评价标准的重点和走向。As a programmatic document for the systematic reform of educational evaluation,the Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era defines the overall framework of the reform of teachers’ evaluation system,puts forward new requirements on talent evaluation mechanism,evaluation standards,etc.,and emphasizes the quality orientation of the construction of teachers’ classification evaluation system.This paper summarizes the changes of teacher evaluation system under the background of educational evaluation reform in the new era in four aspects:the standards of teachers’ morality and style,the basic requirements of evaluation system,the improvement of evaluation system and the improvement of vocational education evaluation system,in order to think about and explore the focus and trend of evaluation standards for college teachers,especially teachers in vocational schools in the future.
