生物师范生实验能力培养现状探析

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法,调查六盘水师范学院生物科学专业214名在校生在实验能力培养过程中,关于学习兴趣和学习动机、学习习惯、实验基本素养、实验基本能力、实验探究能力及实验教学能力等方面存在的问题,并对教师和大四学生进行访谈,作为问卷的补充。根据问题提出相应的解决办法,促使师范生正确认识自身专业水平,改正不足,改进学习方法,增强职业认同感,树立正确的观念。同时为高校的培养工作提供参考,以期为教育行业培养更多优秀的教育工作者。By using the method of questionnaire,we investigate the problems existing in learning interest,learning motivation,learning habits,experimental ability,teachers and environment of 214 students majoring in biological science at Liupanshui Normal University in the process of experimental ability cultivation.The interview outline of teachers and senior students is made for interview as a supplement to the questionnaire,and corresponding solutions are proposed according to the problems,namely,to promote normal university students’understanding of their own professional level,to correct deficiencies,to improve learning methods,to enhance professional identity,and to establish a correct concept,which can at the same time provide a reference for the training of outstanding educators.
